Hello,

Since you are having a hiatus hernia, all these symptoms are due to GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).

GERD needs lifestyle modifications along with drugs for better control. So follow these steps.

1. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.

2. Avoid large meals, instead, take frequent small meals.

3. Take Pantoprazole and Levosulpiride combination on empty stomach twice daily.

4. Go for walking after meals.

5. Keep 2-3 pillows under the head in bed.

6. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

You will mostly improve with all these in 1 week. If still not improving then you might need a hiatus hernia surgical repair. Don't worry, you will be alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
